Your part in the Blue Care Team Joining our team in the role of Administration Officer, you will provide strong administrative support to our Village Manager in ensuring business operations are run efficiently and our residents receive an exceptional experience Your day in the role will involve: Act as the professional first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email and in person. Address enquiries efficiently and effectively providing accurate information. Receive and process all incoming correspondence as required and ensuring timely outgoing correspondence. Provide administrative support as requested including, but not limited to preparing, copying and presentation of letters, memos, reports as requested by the site. Provide support to other staff with the operation of information systems and technology. Undertake other duties as required/directed by the service. What makes a difference for us? Being the first point of contact for our clients, their families and other visitors, you will have strong communications skills that are professional and personable. Additional you will also bring to the role the following: Previous experience in general office administration. Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload. Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications. Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn. Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable. What makes a difference for you?
