Our catering division Total Catering Solutions (TCS) is one of the leading Cook – Chill / Cook Freeze and Extended shelf-life food manufacturers in Perth, Western Australia. Located in a Bassendean in a purpose-built facility, TCS utilises modern high tech production equipment and the latest technology in computer systems and software packages specifically designed for the food manufacturing industry. THE ROLE As an Administration Assistant/Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients and other visitors to the facility. You will provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders as well as administrative support to the Managers and staff of the facility. This role is offered on a casual basis | 9am-2pm Mon-Fri | Hourly rate plus 25% loading Key responsibilities Provide reception and telephone support, and answer client and visitor questions in a positive and welcoming manner. Provide administrative support to all functions of the facility, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Coordinate, publish and distribute communications including newsletters, memos, and notices. Order and process stationery, care supplies, catering and stock as required. Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas and record minutes. Collect and distribute internal and external mail; and manage photocopying, scanning, faxing, data entry, filing and emailing. Provide efficient, accurate and timely invoicing, banking and accounting support. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will have a proven background working in an office environment ideally in a customer-driven, client facing role. Experience within the aged care or health care sector desirable. Essential Criteria Demonstrated experience in report writing and minute taking Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Superior organisational and time management skills Ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions Experience with an accounts requisition software system, ideally Epicor.
