Role: Experienced and technical Project Design Manager driving design management expertise, supporting project teams. As specialised areas of technical expertise, regulations and planning permit obligations are becoming more complex and onerous, my client is looking to bolster their technical design management capabilities. Responsibilities: Overseeing the delivery of project in partnership with the project teams. Providing strategic and analytical advice on the direction of the project, upholding and managing the commercial and contractual obligations of this large-scale development. Driving effective and professional communication across the team to ensure successful project delivery.
