Join us as Service Administrator for our Motion Business Area where you will be providing a range of administration tasks to support the Drives Service team. Reporting to the Field Service Manager - East Coast, this position is based at Moorebank,Australia. Your responsibilities Opening Service Orders in SAP. Reviewing documentation after completion of job, to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate Raising purchase requisitions. Receipting of purchase orders for all goods received against orders Following up of jobs to ensure they can be invoiced immediately after work is complete Issuing of invoices and uploading copy to customer portal Supporting our credit recovery activities, including active follow up of receivables and disputes Raising weekly timesheet for respective sites Providing back-up support for peers, when required Your background Preferred tertiary education with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administration role Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Timeliness and ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Ability to multi-task and attention to detail Customer focus attitude, innovative and able to use initiative Good communication skills More about us ABB Motion Services serve customers around the globe with innovative services to maximize performance, uptime and energy efficiency throughout the lifetime of electrical motion solutions.
