The Customer Service Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver prompt and effective solutions. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Our client in Toowoomba, who specializes in manufacturing Civil products, is currently looking for a customer service coordinator who can work collaboratively with the sales department to provide excellent service experiences for all customers. Reporting to the branch manager, you will be responsible for providing customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, communicating with sales and dispatch teams, and providing administrative support. This position is Monday to Friday, day shift, on a casual basis with the potential to become permanent. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Taking client phone orders and managing the process from initial contact to product distribution Providing necessary information and documents to clients based on product knowledge Entering client and order information into software and keeping track of progress Assisting management and providing support Following up on client issues and problems to ensure satisfaction Handling quotes and general administrative duties Raising and paying invoices The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills/attributes: Ability to gain product knowledge Background in Civil/Trade/Hardware retail/sales preferred but not essential Able to pass a drug and alcohol assessment Commitment to quality client service Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds Intermediate computer literacy skills (data input) High attention to detail and ability to think outside the box Efficiency, reliability, and hardworking nature Who we are As one of Australia's largest employers, we work with great companies all around Australia and New Zealand to give you the best opportunities to work when and where you want to.
