About the Opportunity HCA's Townsville branch has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, energized and well-presented team player to join the team in the position of Receptionist / Administration. This full time role will have you providing end to end administrative support for the branch. About the Role Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries professionally and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised reception. Process daily banking. Process Accounts Payable & Receivable. Scanning & filing of branch documents as required. Involvement with WHS practices. Assist with various administrative tasks as required. About You Demonstrated experience in a similar position will be highly regarded but not essential. A positive “glass half full” attitude and a willingness to be part of the team. Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills. Competent level of computer literacy (eg. Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint). Initiative to multi-task office support efficiently and effectively. About the Offer - What’s in it for you?
