About The Role Your extensive experience, combined with your robust organisational skills, discerning judgement, and adept prioritisation abilities, positions you as the ideal candidate for the role of Accounting Finance Manager. In this leadership capacity, your strong personality will play a pivotal role in fostering team growth and development through attentive listening, tailored coaching, and strategic planning. As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, your keen ability to identify and proactively address potential issues equips you to accurately assess risks. Consequently, you'll be instrumental in providing clients with tailored solutions that meet their overall needs. Your role extends to overseeing all operational aspects of the account, encompassing tasks such as client invoicing, while ensuring precision in administrative, fiscal, and legal maintenance. In your capacity, you will also manage relationships with external service providers within the industry, collaborating with auditors, law firms, custodians, and prime brokers. Your self-assured demeanour, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, will serve as a significant asset, fortifying our leading position in the market. Additionally, you will spearhead internal projects, leveraging your managerial prowess to ensure successful outcomes. Your multifaceted skills and leadership qualities make you an invaluable asset to our team and contribute to our continued success in the financial landscape. About You CPA/CA qualified. hold a university degree preferably in Accounting & Finance. At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in the fields of accounting, tax, or audit. Knowledge of Corporate Law and Compliance of Global Business Funds and Companies is a requirement. Knowledge of the Funds Industry, specifically Alternative Investment Funds (Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds), will be considered an advantage. Experience with working on Australian companies will be considered an advantage. Experience with working with Yardi software will be considered a distinct advantage. Strong management and relationship skills. Company Secretarial and Real Estate industry exposure will be considered a distinct advantage.
