The Role: Holcim are looking for FIFO Agitator Drivers on a 2:1 roster Ex Perth. This is a great opportunity to work in a team environment within an organisation dedicated to the safety of our employees. About the role: Safely operate an agitator truck to deliver premixed concrete to designated locations. Conduct thorough inspections of the concrete mixer to ensure it meets safety and quality standards. Comply with all relevant safety, health, and environmental legislation to maintain a safe working environment. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work instructions, including drivers' instructions. Assist with regular maintenance activities as directed by the production supervisor, including completing the Daily Operator Checklist and ensuring truck and mixer cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections of the concrete in the mixer to ensure it conforms to the nominated specifications. Monitor and maintain the slump of each load within tolerance limits. About you: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as an agitator driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of safety regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine checks. Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including the ability to lift heavy objects. Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
