About the Role: As a Contract Administrator you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end contract administration process for luxury residential projects. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and solidifying contracts, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and spearheading detailed cost estimates. You will work closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the seamless execution of high-end residential builds. What You Need to Succeed: Contracts administration and estimating experience within either high-end construction or commercial is a must (3 years minimum) Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, or a related field. Proven track record in contract administration and estimating for custom residential projects, showcasing an understanding of luxury construction standards. Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and industry standards. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
