Roster: Monday – Friday Location: Tarneit, VIC Key responsibilities: Efficiently coordinate and prepare weekly payroll information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Excel in reporting and data collection, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. Maintenance and input to various registers and databases ensuring accuracy of records. Demonstrate organizational finesse by completing purchase orders and associated receipting seamlessly. Oversee the maintenance of records for proof of collection and packing with meticulous attention to detail. Provide timely communication to internal stakeholders on Proof of Delivery, change orders, non-conformance, and system outages. Ensure both internal and external customers receive optimal service in the shortest possible time, setting new standards for excellence. Advanced attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities. Exceptional customer service experience. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and accuracy with data entry.
