The role Participate as a Service Designer in the CX Division of Yarra Valley Water. Under the direction of the Head of Service Experience, you will support the application of design thinking and service design process, tools and methods to optimise customer and employee experience and help the business achieve its strategic objectives. What will I be doing? In the first six months, you will provide service design input on critical digital transformation projects like My Account, Land Development and Digital Metering. Tasks include: Leverage previous research and insights to synthesise and inform new product development strategy direction and define research gaps (if any) Work with senior service designers to define and deliver the correct outputs to translate customer needs/insights into product/project requirements and direction. Including but not limited to, service blueprints, customer archetypes Work with UX designers to ensure detailed design aligns with the desired omnichannel end-to-end experience. Support the planning and execution of Usability Testing in collaboration with the UX Designer Participate and contribute to the development of our team Design Ops: Participate in our rituals and improve our ways of working Why Yarra Valley Water?
