An opportunity has become available at our AWM Craigieburn site for an Internal Sales person to join our tight-knit team. The successful candidate will have a proactive and focused approach to the role ensuring the business continues to grow as it has done successfully over the years by providing great customer service You will need - Excellent communication skills & presentation Strong work ethic Willingness to learn A strong customer focus Experience in sales in the electrical industry will be taken into consideration but not essential The desire and drive for a long-term career A bit about you You are either a recent school leaver or university graduate – we may also consider ‘soon to be’ graduates. You are hands on and will relish in the opportunity to work directly in all aspects of the operation – from warehousing logistics to internal counter sales, right through to external field sales, where you will manage existing relationships and develop new ones. You have a strong desire to become the best in a dynamic customer service environment and are always eager to learn new all-round business skills. Excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude are a must, so your ability to build strong relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
