About The Role We are currently looking for a team of Disability Support Workers to work alongside our female participants with differing support needs and to provide them the assistance they need to live independently in Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation. We understand that the role can be quite varied depending on the individual you support. However, your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Assisting with domestic duties including shopping, meal preparation and other housework Ensuring safe and hygienic living conditions in their own homes Assisting with activities of daily living Personal care including showering and dressing Facilitating community access and engagement Demonstrating experience in mental health support Please note that the participants are located in Apple Gum and Spring Mountain.
