Liverpool City Council has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated administration officer to provide and maintain high quality customer service and administrative assistance, support and information to Council’s Building Certification and Compliance teams within the Planning and Compliance Directorate. Key responsibilities in the role include: Undertaking administrative functions for the department in an accurate and efficient manner to maintain productivity and deliver outcomes within specific timeframes to achieve the goals and objectives for the department. Managing competing priorities in a dynamic technical environment, in a timely manner. Ensuring appropriate communication throughout Council and liaise with other departments and organisations with the provision of information relevant to the department and its functions. Having knowledge of technical administrative duties and computer functions throughout the department to enable multi- skilling and provide support to the department. Helping to create and maintain an enthusiastic and cohesive team approach. Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
