As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play an integral role by providing excellent service support to customers by both phone and email and assist with their enquiries. Motivated and positive, you will have demonstrated experience working in a busy and high-volume customer service role and be capable of providing outstanding service to customers. You will be set up for success With 2 weeks classroom-based training, 2-3 weeks of side-by-side support and ongoing coachingYour responsibilities will incorporate:Delivering an exceptional experience and enjoy interacting with customers to identify their needs;Creating a simple and brilliant customer experience, offering solutions that best meet the customers’ needs; you’re not afraid to get in and do some troubleshooting on basic technical issues;Building strong relationships and confidently coach customers through technical issuesManagement and first call resolution of customer concernsProactively maintain an up to date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumersTo be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:People who have Customer Service experience; whether that is working in a contact centre, hospitality or retailProven experience in solving problems;The ability to build customer relationships quickly Can learn and use new systems rapidly;Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality, team player and a genuine desire to help people; andThe proven ability to meet KPI’sBenefits Staff Discounts on productsThe office is located at the Caribbean Park, World-Class business destination, surrounded by parklands and walking tracks creating a healthy and inspiring environment.Secure onsite free car parkingOnsite childcare facilitiesOther onsite facilities include Gym and Café$32.73 p/h super, penalty rates apply for Saturday shifts and public holidays. Successful candidates must be able to commence on the 19th February 2023 and work 37.5 hours over a 6 day rotating roster. The centre operates Monday – Friday 8am- 7pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. With a rotational roster you will work one Saturday every 4 weeks. Working from home flexibility (max 2 days) will be offered after 3 months based on performanceInterviews to commence immediately.
