This highly focussed and rewarding role will be based out of our Wetherill Park premises in NSW. About the role: Overall accountability for our Retail business development in NSW/ACT To increase sales and market share of our Rinnai / Polo air conditioning as well as Rinnai heating through business development initiatives via our Retail channel Grow and manage sales in our network of flame fire dealer's Management, leadership and guidance of the Retail Account Manager team A strong focus on establishing new and building on our existing customer relationships Develop strategies to ensure both short and long term sales growth Continuous product training with the sales teams Conduct business reviews with customers and identify new areas of opportunity Increase knowledge by reporting on market intelligence, competitor pricing and retail trends Regular requirement to travel regionally About you: Established relationships and/or existing knowledge with Harvey Norman proprietor's Highly effective skills in building relationships The ability to influence coupled with strong negotiation techniques Outstanding customer service with a strong focus on follow up High level commercial and business acumen A proven sales/business development background with the retail industry Experienced in presenting to groups and delivering product training The successful applicant will have a flare for building strong relationships and the ability to grow sales in a competitive environment.
