The Position Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, your duties will include: Act as first point of contact for enquiries by answering inbound calls and emails Process orders within agreed and set organisational timeframes Build and maintain strong knowledge of company products Provide updates to customers regarding lead times, ETAs and stock enquiries Meet and exceed set key performance indicators as required Liaise heavily with the internal sales department for updates and acquired information Identify potential sales prospects and direct to account managers The Candidate The successful applicant will have proven customer service experience ideally from logistics, manufacturing or the distribution industry and must display the following: Professional phone manner and communication skills An understanding of an end to end customer service position Experience within a similar industry and/or environment Technical awareness and knowledge of new products Ability to adapt to different software programs, preferably D365 Good problem-solving skills and techniques Strong use of initiative , with a can do attitude Working full time from the comfort of your own home, this permanent position offers attractive hours of 8:00am until 4:00pm Monday through to Friday.
