Role Title: Call Centre Operator (Multiple Roles) Start Date: 16/02/2024 End Date: 30/06/2024 Pay: $35.98 ph Super Location: Lithgow This is an exciting opportunity to join a well know NSW Government Agency's customer service team. This role will be working in a high volume contact centre providing support to customers across NSW. Key Accountabilities: Utilise generalist knowledge and training to handle and share information with contact centre customers Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions across all interaction channels, maintaining a professionally courteous and friendly manner. Ensure client satisfaction as a priority as assessed and monitored through customer feedback Provide enquiry resolution, update records and complete transactions for basic contact centre specialist agency Services Perform administrative activities to support the provision of service delivery. Duties include processing documents and applications, mail outs and other assigned administrative tasks as required Essential Experience: 2 - 3 years' customer service experience (Call Centre, Administration, Retail etc.) Experience working in a professional office environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office Suite and/or other technologies NSW Government experience is favorable however not essential Important Role Information: The successful candidate will be working on a 7am-7pm rotating roster Monday to Friday The first 12 weeks of this contract will require to be full time in the office for learning and training purposes, once completed there will be hybrid WFH flexibility on offer If successful, candidates will require to complete an at home internet speed test in order to have WFH flexibility If you feel this opportunity matches your skills and previous experiences, please apply with your CV.
