Overview of role We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team, and take responsibility for planning, implementing and managing the new site sales activities of the APAC team to achieve our sales revenue, lead generation and KPI objectives. About you You are an ambitious career-driven individual who is highly self-motivated and can work independently or collaboratively within the department. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, that can listen and develop clear thinking with good judgement. You enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment and understand the commercial detail of the sales process including targets and revenue streams against budget. You are a sales professional, who has excellent sales skills, so you bring a strong background in sales and leadership to the role. You have in-depth experience with the entire sales process (ideally in SAAS), with a proven track record in lead generation, relationship building and deal closing. You have excellent negotiating skills and can help support and mentor colleagues to bring out their best to help build, motivate, support develop and maintain a higher-performance best-in-class team. What you'll be doing Manage the sales growth and increase the competitor conversion unit numbers of your prospect market. To manage the new site sales team to execute all sales plans, achieve all sales targets, provide timely sales forecasting and reporting, coaching & mentoring, leading by example. To introduce new ideas, execute sales plans and encourage & implement innovation to drive a substantial increase in growth in market share. To implement the Challenger Sales methodology across all the sales team & implement a winning sales mentality. To target and win substantial increases in market share from competitors in the dental software market. To manage our relationship with Henry Schein Dental to continue driving greater collaboration, along with other strategic third-party partnerships. To monitor and manage sales performance across all sales and lead generation against set targets, to ensure that sales unit and sales revenue targets are achieved at the correct margin levels and optimise the process to drive efficiencies including unit sales & revenue recognition. Strong analytical skills for reporting, feedback, and insight into the wider business on industry context, trends, and market, and to product development. Your professional skills Business degree or related professional qualification highly regarded but not essential. Strong CRM (Hubspot or similar) skills.
