Leading your team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needs Designing and leading the implementation of our strategy for technology while ensuring the implementation and enforcement of technology standards across the organization Advocating and communicating technology capabilities internally and externally, including leadership, customers, partners, and vendors Qualifications What are we looking for? Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously) You will have had experience in managing your buildpipelines, and your AWS environment. Understand and share expertise in people leadership, motivating, coaching, mentoring and developing software engineers. You have experience architecting and building robust and scalable platform in the cloud - on high traffic sites, for scalability, reliability and performance. You also know how to cost optimize your cloud architecture. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. You have built applications with SOLID and micro services principles.
