As a Customer Experience (CX) Team Manager you will lead and inspire a CX team that support our Greenfield Customers from sales through to site with speed and accuracy, whilst delivering an awesome Customer Experience. This role encompasses ongoing people development, leading proactive behaviours, workforce planning and workflow management. Key responsibilities and outcomes will include: Lead and support a customer first culture Improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity Ensure risks are identified, documented and mitigated Drive positive behaviours Assess, manage and implement processes Identify and lead training opportunities Coach and support your team Actively seek to understand and implement strategies for improvement What can you bring?
