Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer interactions exceed their expectations at all times. Build customer relationship and establish community. Address customer issues and queries in an appropriate and timely manner. About you Minimum 3 years of strong experience in customer-facing roles involving sales. Experience supervising other workers and delivering on-site training to junior members of a team. Ability to demonstrate the skill of building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers.
