Due to the company's rapid growth, they are on the lookout for multiple customer centric consultants to join their support team, starting on the 19th February This is an ongoing temporary role, availability to work 6 months is preferred. THE ROLE: Responding to both phone and email enquiries from their premium customers and retail partners you will act as the heartbeat of the organisation You will be the first point of contact for customers calling for assistance and advice on their premium products. Calls will range from general enquiries to those that can be a little more technical. ABOUT YOU: - Professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport quickly - Strong background in delivering exceptional customer service - Experience juggling deadlines with the ability to prioritise tasks - Strong PC skills, ability to type quickly and pick up new systems with ease - Willingness to learn and a genuine desire to help people To be successful in this role you must be available to start on the 19th February and be available to work 37.5 hours over a 6 day rotating roster.
