Specialising in Cloud and Integration technology, you will be responsible for managing operations, analysing data to uncover trends, and utilizing insights to devise and implement solutions that enhance our engineering processes and systems. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the operation cycle and tasks such as incident resolution, problem ticket identification and resolution, release support, and patching support. Additionally, you will actively engage in project assignments like test support and development. Identifying and addressing security and business risks within our integration layer is a crucial aspect of your role, requiring you to escalate issues and collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop optimized solutions for our ecosystem. You may be required to participate in the on-call after hours support rotation. What we look for in a successful candidate: First and foremost, you will have experience in a comparable role, particularly possessing expertise in AWS and hands-on experience with Cloud environments. Familiarity with DevOps tools and proficiency in CI/CD processes, including Jenkins, Splunk, ELK, Ansible, and GitHub, is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred It would be great if you have proven ability to debug in a production environment for prompt service restoration, along with ITIL knowledge. Familiarity with BMC Control-M is advantageous, and proficiency in Unix shell scripting and SQL databases, preferably Oracle, is beneficial. Last but not least effective communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities, are essential attributes for success in this role.
