THE OPPORTUNITY Salary: $78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata 11% super annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).Time Fraction: 0.2 EFT.Location: Chadstone campus.WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check. (if applicable)Position Status: Contract of employment until 05/07/2024.The Department of Advanced Building Technology provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links.The department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to effectively design and teach residential and commercial theoretical and practical sessions, on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm to students undertaking Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architecture). Your commitment will not only ensure the department's smooth operation but also contribute significantly to achieving optimal learning outcomes for our students. Join us and become a driving force in shaping impactful education and training experiencesABOUT YOUExtensive experience in residential and/or commercial building design, construction technology, drawings, and documentation.Proven proficiency in innovative course design and development in the context of flexible learning environments.Ability to convey knowledge, appropriate to a diverse student population through the selection and use of a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies.Effectively plan, schedule and meet agreed timelines for the completion of allocated tasks.Work autonomously and/or coordinate work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.Qualifications:An approved degree or diploma in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications, at least to the level being delivered and assessed; andCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116); or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502.ABOUT USHolmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
