About the Role WorkPac are currently seeking a Reliability Engineer for our client. In this role you will o ptimise asset performance by bringing together multi-disciplinary teams, technologies, systems and standards with a primary focus on developing and optimising asset strategy and tactics. This position is a Fly in Fly out position on a 5/2/4/3 roster. Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to health and safety standards, report hazards Support maintenance execution, assist in planning and prioritisation Approve local changes, develop strategies using risk-based processes Provide technical support for asset management, assist in scope development Maintain Asset Criticality Assessment register Review data for new asset handover Champion Defect Elimination and Root Cause Analysis Lead investigation processes, support unplanned failure reviews Manage monthly Defect Elimination Management Operating System Analyze maintenance data for reliability and cost improvement Conduct technical analysis for Risk Management, Asset Health, and more Project manage minor projects for reliability improvement Systemising and sustaining change of reliability focused initiatives Identify critical spares for new assets, support changes to spares Engage with central teams and OEM stakeholders Contribute to whole-of-life asset plans, support implementation Skills & Experience Required: Australian C Class Drivers Licence 3 years of experience in engineering maintenance roles Experience working in a fixed plant and / or MEM environment preferred Ability to work collaboratively in small teams or independently and demonstrate adaptability Experience in Defect Elimination processes and Root Cause Analysis Experience in delivering Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects Demonstrate understanding of budget preparation, asset criticality, cost drivers, asset risk, asset performance and asset life cycles Bachelor of Engineering in relevant discipline or other relevant technical field experience Job Reference Number: 7469J20244576 How to Apply: Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Tiana Roche (02) 4927 7734 About WorkPac The WorkPac Group is Australia ' s largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
