The Role: Because of you your sales team will be well supported, ensuring CNS patients are treated effectively. As National Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a national team of hybrid specialist representatives across our client’s CNS portfolio. Reporting into the Commercial Director and working cross functionally with the marketing and leadership teams, you will lead and manage a highly capable team to enhance commercial success, whilst continuing to foster a collaborative team environment. Key responsibilities include: Lead, coach, motivate, and cultivate a high-performing team Collaborate with senior management to assess regional sales performance Contribute to the formulation of sales and marketing strategies Strive to meet and surpass commercial objectives Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of individual members Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute omni-channel initiatives Develop and nurture ethical strategic business practices Guide team to a unified team culture, stress collaboration Displaying high degree of clinical aptitude Proven Skills & Experience: Leadership successes in management a team of pharmaceutical Sales Reps across Australia Demonstrated track record in commercialising pharmaceutical products Demonstrated successes in enhancing team culture and optimisation Experience aligned to digital marketing, highly regarded Results driven - your activity is focused on achieving positive patient and financial outcomes Excellent understanding of hospital & primary care customer channels Superior skills in stakeholder management at all levels Experience/Exposure to field of CNS, highly regarded Tertiary Qualification (Health related, Science and/or Business) preferred Australian working rights required.
