What you’ll do Create and develop customer-focused product ranges for multiple categories each season,managing the development and execution of general merchandise products to a value led brief. Deliver ranges that comply with all necessary product safety, quality and responsible sourcing standards. Drive progress to meet our group sustainability commitments continuously improving our use of sustainable raw materials and packaging. Partner with internal stakeholders to collaborate on the customer strategy for each category, range option plans and target costs in order to develop a commercially viable range that offers targeted and suitable solutions for the customer. Ensure compliance with product safety, quality, and responsible sourcing standards. What you’ll bring Previous experience designing products in General Merchandise categories is required.
