You will collaborate closely with theDirector, contributing to projects from initial concepts to final delivery. While your primary focus will be architecture, you'll have opportunities to engage in various design disciplines within our growing and cooperative design studio. Key Responsibilities Play a pivotal role in project development across all stages, ensuring the deliveryprojects at all stages, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results Lead the preparation of architectural documentation, spanning from concept to construction Manage coordination with consultant teams effectively Foster a positive and collaborative culture within the team Conduct research and evaluations ofdesign elements, construction methods, and materials suitable for integration into designs and documentation. Skills and Experience Exceptional design skills and strong visual, verbal, and writtenabilities. A minimum of 7years of postgraduate experience, experience in commercial, education, and heritage projects are advantageous. Proven track record in delivering top-tier projects with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential, and familiarity withAdobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) is preferable. Expertise in contract management and documentation for both architecturaland interior projects. Strong grasp of construction techniques and detailing. Familiarity with materials, relevant legislative codes, and standards. Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
