The Opportunity On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an Assistant Director - Brand and Design to join the Marketing and Communicationsteam. The team focus on the delivery of strategic and impactful marketing and digital solutions. The role will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hrs per week and will be paying $602.55 per day plus super. This is a 12 month assignment and will be based in Geelong. Responsibilities include; Lead the graphic design team Provide strategic branding advice Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders Work closely with the Director of Marketing to set direction for the graphic design and brand management team Foster creative consistencies across various critical brand touchpoints such as; design, TV, social media, media, communications, website, UX, service design, engagement Manage and continuously improve thetrademarks portfolio and governance processes Drive and develop the creation of a Data Asset Management tool (DAM) To be considered for this role you will demonstrate; Tertiary qualifications in marketing, design, communications or public relations, or equivalent experience Experience in developing, working with and applying extensive brand and writing style guidelines. Understanding and extensive experience in working with complex documents and applying graphic design. Extensive stakeholder management and problem-solving expertise.
