Total Tools is looking for a Full Time Online Customer Service and Retail Sales Assistant , who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business. This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. In this unique role, you will be working with our online team to deliver outstanding Customer Service for our online customers. You will Also assisnt in working with the retail side of the business Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.What will you be doing? Processing online sales transactionsProviding advice and information on productsSupporting customer queries and offering solutionsMaintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented storeProcessing and maintaining customer ordersDoes this sound like you?
