SAP Trainer/Instructional Designer Are you an expert in delivery training and developing training content in the SAP Supply Chain and Logistics, if so we have exciting opportunity to work on a significate program of work as an SAP Trainer Instructional Designer for 6-9 month initial contract based in Melbourne Role Overview: As an SAP Trainer and Instructional Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in our transformative program, leveraging your extensive knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics to develop high-quality instructional materials. Collaborating closely with a seasoned change and training team, you'll contribute to the success of a large-scale project, ensuring seamless integration and effective training strategies. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive instructional materials tailored to SAP Supply Chain and Logistics. Deliver the training to the business Collaborate with the change and training team to align instructional designs with program objectives. Implement creative and engaging learning solutions for diverse audiences. Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training materials and adapt them accordingly. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in SAP instructional design. Requirements: Proven experience in SAP Supply Chain and/or Logistics. Strong proficiency in instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic team environment. Prior experience in large-scale program implementation is advantageous.
