Your new role will see you providing second level support the the national retail chain. This will include the support for hardware, network and application issues across almost 9000 terminals. You will also engage closely with delivery/ vendor partners to escalate issues and deliver favourable outcomes. Day to day you will prioritise application incidents and escalate where required. Skills and Experience: Experience providing Level 2 support for retail systems Prior experience supporting hardware, network and application issues Experience delivering cut over activities on large scale projects Strong customer service ethos Our client is offering an initial contract until the end of May 2024.
