As one of our valued Customer Service Consultants, you will be the voice of Smartgroup and play an integral role in ensuring each customer receives an exceptional customer experience. This is achieved through delivering outstanding customer service in vehicles administration and effectively managing expectations of both external and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include: Providing timely, accurate and high-quality customer service to customers. Resolving stakeholder issues including reviewing novated lease documents in a precise manner, calculating leasing deductions that have a direct impact on a customer's pay, entering details in our systems in a concise manner and following-up with internal and external stakeholders Identifying queries which require additional attention and implementing appropriate procedures to enhance customer confidence and reduce impact to both the company and customers Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation Achieving lead generation targets, KPIs and agreed service levels Performing administrative activities to support the provision of service delivery Who we need (…let us know why you think it's you) Someone who has the ability to think Customer with a high level of attention to detail.
