The Retail Support Consultant provides timely and thorough knowledge and guidance for all of the Retail Teams via email and phone. What you will be doing Provide guidance and support to Bank Australia retail staff on issues relating to Retail Banking procedures, documentation and operating systems Provide guidance and advice on staff queries relating to frontline functions Review, maintain and make recommendations regarding Bank Australia's Retail Banking training requirements in conjunction with the broader Support Team on any knowledge gaps, procedure updates and training gaps Provide a responsive helpdesk function for the contact centre & branches with an adherence and focus on SLAs Foster a strong culture of compliance and industry best practice within Retail Banking Assist the Support Manager and team as required Perform any other duties consistent with the classification of the position as directed by the Support Manager. What you will bring Thorough knowledge of Bank Australia’s Retail processes and procedures Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication and design skills Excellent ability in the provision of internal customer service Enthusiastic and self-motivated approach and attitude Strong administration and coordination skills Strong computer skills in various applications, including Microsoft Office Commitment to Bank Australia’s purpose, aspiration, values and brand as well as the B Corp ethos.
