The role: Seeking a Project Engineer to work closely with our engineering team to deliver engineering support, procurement, contract support and management. Key duties: Working with others to coordinate engineering designs for the resources sector projects Manage and support the procurement functions on allocated projects Developing and implementing project plans including project execution plans, estimates, schedules and resource requirements to deliver project within time, cost, quality and safety criteria Manage scope changes in terms of cost, schedule and quality Execute project delivery within schedule, budget and quality criteria with a strong focus on safety Support effective subcontractor management to deliver successful project outcomes Pro‑actively work to identify risks, both technical and commercial, and taking appropriate action to ensure successful project outcomes Perform a client-facing role, including client meetings, relationship management and contract management You will have: Relevant Engineering Degree Mining industry experience across process plant and equipment Strong contract management and commercial skills Analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in engineering consulting and EPC/EPCM projects Change and design management experience Managing procurement and contract packages experience Here at DRA, we offer: Competitive and above market salary packages Regular market analysis to ensure staff retention Flexible start and finish times A collaborative and supportive team environment with all the tools to succeed A chance to work on cutting-edge mineral processing projects We value diversity and the benefits it brings to achieving our objectives, enhancing our reputation, and attracting, engaging, and retaining talented people.
