We’re looking for Customer Service Representative to join the highly successful and growing team at our Prestons branch, on a full-time basis. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays on a rotating roster. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team of superstars as we grow our business through providing a high-class customer experience. Your work may include: Greeting and welcome customers via phone, digital media and walk-in Processing transactions using our ERP system Gaining an understanding of our customers needs and wants, and making recommendations to achieve these Software and hardware testing Order processing and preparation of quotations About you: You’re a friendly, helpful, and engaging customer-focused individual, looking to take the next step in your career. You’ve got excellent communication and people skills, experience in providing recommendations to support customers to make purchasing decisions and you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
