Collar Talent Group are on the hunt for an Experienced Quality Control Officer for our Civil construction client in Adelaide. They are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and innovation in all our work, while preserving and enhancing the natural landscapes of the regions we serve Key Responsibilities for the Quality Control Officer: Document Control (ISO 9001, 45,001 & 14001) Implementing quality control measures for the lifeline of the project and the Business. Presenting timely, savvy, and cost-effective solutions to quality issues to Management team. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of South Australian construction HSEQ legislature and guidelines. Insurance claims and compliance Licenses eg builders, plumbing, electrical, gas retaining yearly renewals. Accreditations eg retaining compliance/renewals. Employee award reviews/compliance – Employment packs Qualifications and about you: Proven knowledge and experience in quality assurance / work Health and safety procedures within the civil construction industry. Experience in leadership or project management positions - 3 years Competent with on-screen take-offs 5 years' demonstrated experience in QA or QC positions Tertiary qualification in engineering (desirable but not essential) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
