About the role: - Be instrumental and influential in driving a positive working culture where the company values, policies, procedures, and people initiatives are understood, practised and constantly reinforced. Proactively lead, motivate and manage the Client Services Team with open communication and timely identification and resolution of issues or obstacles. Lead with a focus on continuous improvement and a positive 'can-do attitude. Deliver exceptional customer service Maintain strong relationships with product suppliers Actively participate in the performance review process Work in conjunction with the overall operations team and department managers Contribute to business and people planning and develop strategies to improve against key performance measures. Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes: - At least five years' experience leading teams to deliver business outcomes. Clear and concise written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. A proven ability to achieve objectives and demonstrate actual results. Ability to communicate professionally, pragmatically and with influence. A passion for driving organisational performance. Ability to effectively support the development of others through coaching, mentoring and guidance. A positive, 'can-do attitude. A communicative and collaborative approach to working with stakeholders both externally and internally. Strong business acumen. Highly developed presentation with excellent communication skills. A track record of success. The successful applicant will have a successful track record of at least five years of successful management experience in a commercial environment.
