This position is 48 hours per fortnight working 8:00 am - 4:30 pm on a 7 day rotating roster. The Administration Assistant is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties to assist and support the relevant Mental Health Teams. The role will work within a team of colleagues who are collectively responsible for Data Processing, Registrations, Closures, Contacts etc. The successful applicant will also complete Reception duties including facilitating outpatient clinics, fleet management and phone traffic.
