Engage with clients by visiting their sites and understanding their needs. Handle job orders and craft compelling job adverts. Efficiently screen, onboard, and interview applicants and candidates. Facilitate client-candidate interviews. Embracing teamwork within your own business unit / branch. Building strong and professional relationships with Adecco colleagues across the business as well as with customer representatives About You Previous experience in recruitment sales at Associate level or Recruitment Consultant level, preferable in either rail, infrastructure and/or construction. You are tenacious and curious in nature, possessing a hunting mentality in your DNA. Your extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, allow you to build rapport, fostering long lasting stakeholder relationships.
