We are currently seeking individuals for roles in in-house design, interior design, project management, and construction management. About the Role: Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring a positive customer service experience. Address customer queries promptly, uphold company values, and contribute to the brand by exceeding customer expectations. Coordinate with Town Planners for relevant projects, providing regular updates recorded in OSC. assist the Construction team in the delivery of projects during the construction and 90-day maintenance phases. Proactively deliver projects from EDA to Site File, meeting client expectations and Team Leader baselines. Obtain all necessary approvals in a timely manner including Developer Approval, Report & Consent, Planning, Permit, Building Permit, PIC etc Prepare, present and sign contracts with clients after approval of the contract from the Team Leader Review client requests for changes, liaise with Estimating to obtain costings, ensure NHP/Contract Spec is updated accordingly prior to contract.
