Description The successful professional will be reporting to the Operations General Manager. Your main duties include: Full accountability for the Warehouse Operations: manage a team of 2x assistant managers, with 50 store people, drivers, subcontractors, and warehouse supervisors Manage the P&L and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance productivity and maintain customer satisfaction. Utilise data and reports to make informed business decisions, also implement continuous improvement initiatives Maintain inventory integrity and implement strategies to minimise damaged and lost goods Collaborate with the Sales and product development teams in resolving Quality Control issues Profile The successful candidate must have experience with: -Operations with a high amount of SKUs in a fast-paced environment, preferably storage and distribution of fragile unpalletized items -Motivating, training and coaching a diverse team -Preparing reports, analysing information, and using data to make business decisions We are looking for an inspiring and passionate leader, preferably a warehouse manager who wants to step up to an operations role.
