MRAEL are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Administration officer to join the team. The successful candidate will perform administrative duties within our Mackay office and provide support to the Group Training Department. Your duties will includebut are not limited to: Assist with processing of forms relating to the employment and management of Apprentices and Trainees Assist with overall general administrative support to the MRAEL/operational field staff, enabling them to deliver exceptional customer service with a strong superior service delivery Provide Employers, Australian Apprentices and Training providers with accurate and timely information Work collaboratively and effectively within the administration team to ensure an integrated approach to the achievement of MRAEL’s organisational objectives Capably perform any other required duties assigned to you, having regard to your skills, training and experience What you will bring to MRAEL Certificate III in Business and/or previous demonstrated administrative experience High level of oral and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise work Ability to adhere to processes and guidelines Excellent communication and problem solving skills Prior administration experience MRAEL is an equal opportunity employer.
