This position presents an exciting opportunity to shape the service delivery of Signature Care into the future during a period of significant change in the aged care sector. We are looking for a casual Gardener/Handy Person to maintain our beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding our beautiful residence. The role is casual, working between Monday-Friday, as required. To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate the following: Experience with gardening and light landscaping. Experience and competency with all relevant gardening tools and machinery High level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and respect for residents and colleagues Previous experience working autonomously with limited direction Be passionate about plants Have an eye for detail Handy man skills would be very desirable Reliable and strong work ethic Drivers licence an advantage.
