The Role We are looking for an administration Officer who is passionate about a person-centered approach to join us 1 Friday per Fortnight. What you will do The Administration Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as: Residents admissions e.g. waitlist management and triage, booking and providing tours and arranging rooms, liaising with prospective residents/families and the care team. Human Resources Administration e.g. liaising with prospective applications, arranging interviews, completing onboarding, roster coordination General Administration e.g. Data entry/collation and reports preparation, records management, reception, and filing. Finance and Accounts e.g. resident billing, processing invoices, petty cash management, liaising with the finance team Quality Activities e.g. collating audits, preparing reports, maintaining incident and compliant registers What you will bring At least two (1-2) years of experience in an administrator position, ideally in an aged care or allied health setting. Experience in multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritising a busy workload Good keyboard skills and IT literacy, intermediate skill level with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration, and teamwork Proven ability to show kindness, empathy Positive and can-do attitude NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain) Covid-19 Vaccinations (2 doses) Interested?
