About the Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Process Designer , working alongside our leading multi-disciplined engineering and design team located in the Perth Office. You will be involved with the production of process design deliverables on a diverse range of projects from concept studies to detailed design, within the Lithium and Rare Earths processing sector. Furthermore, DRA are aiming to build on the solid core team of Designers to lead future work across a wide range of commodities all over the world, from concept studies to detail design. Brief Duties Production and revision of (PFD’s), process flow diagrams, from Process Engineers sketches and redline mark-ups to DRA, and Industry Standards Production of revision of (P&ID’s), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, from Process Engineers sketches and redline markups to DRA, and Industry Standard. Liaise daily with Lead Process Designer and Process Engineers to streamline PFD and P&ID Production and understand definition of scope. Display intuitive application to innovative solutions and improvements of the company’s process design workflows, systems, and procedures, in consultation with the process design department lead. Requirements 8 years relevant experience within an engineering consultancy, preferably in the mining or mineral processing industry is highly desirable. Ability to multitask across multiple projects whilst maintaining a high degree of detail. OpenPlant P&ID experience not essential, however highly desirable. Must be Proficient in Bentley Systems MicroStation Design Software. Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent attitude, team focus and commitment towards safety Innovative thinker with the ability to work autonomously to deadlines.
