About The Role Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance Function including filing, organising signatures, preparing reports and formatting documents. Monitor and facilitate the meeting of deadlines of internal and external reporting. Manage enquiries and allocate or escalate to the relevant team member. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Executive level professionals and those in Executive support roles) to ensure co-ordination and scheduling of activities Ad hoc tasks as requested on special projects About You Experience in a legal working environment Strong administrative/high attention to detail, communication and time management skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro and e-signature platforms Experience with contract management systems Ability to work autonomously and draft basic correspondence and documents Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities High level of professionalism On Offer We empower our people to carve their own career paths their way.
