DXC.com Job Description: We are seeking a talented UX Designer with a unique skillset combining strong user experience design expertise, front-end development skills, and experience working with Power Pages and Portals. You will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences for our web applications, Power Apps, and portals, ensuring seamless interactions and visually appealing interfaces for our customers. Responsibilities: User-Centric Design: Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web applications, Power Apps, and portals. Front End Development: Implement UI designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure pixel-perfect rendering and responsive layouts across various devices and browsers. Power Pages and Portals: Leverage your expertise in Power Pages and Portals to design and customize compelling user experiences within the Microsoft Power Platform environment. Collaborative Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective and elegant UX/UI solutions. Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts, iterating on feedback to achieve optimal user experiences. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback, identify pain points, and make data-driven design decisions. Accessibility: Ensure that all UX/UI designs and front-end code meet accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX design, front-end development, and the Power Platform, and share your knowledge with the team. Requirements: Proven experience as a UX Designer with expertise in Front End Development, Power Pages, and Portals. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI designs and front-end development projects. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, and Portals Understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles. Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and their application in UX/UI design. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
