About this role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team responsible for processing high volume transactions using our EDI system. As a member of this team you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing and will provide an outstanding customer service experience to all internal and external customers at Stryker. Our team are based all over Australia, remote WFH within Australia or NZ is available for this role. Please note you will need to be available 8:30am-4:30pm AEDT regardless of which time zone you're based in. Who We Want Collaborative partners. What You Will Do Act as a first point of contact for all customer queries Process high volume transactions, data entry and general problem solving Work with other customer service divisions to ensure customer invoices and bookings are up to date Liaise with all internal departments including sales, operations and finance to ensure best practice.
